Customers can cancel the order prior activation of service plan. For that, customer needs to communicate with WeConnect Care thru mail firstname.lastname@example.org . Post service plan activation, order cannot be cancelled. Upon submission of the cancellation request, we'll send you a confirmation mail and the 100 % of the product amount will be credited back to you to the source from where customer has done payment from.
The refund shall reflect within 72 hours of confirmation of cancellation of the order by CCTPL.
