WeConnect Care Out of Warranty Plan is an annual comprehensive service contract for your multiple home appliances. WeConnect Care Premium Services cover all defects which are covered under standard manufacturer's warranty, Spare parts & services at no extra cost, 100% cashless and no hidden charge.
Manufacturers provide warranty on their products for a defined period of time, whereas product life span is much more than manufacturer’s warranty period. After warranty expiry, you are exposed to various risks related to quality of service, genuine spare parts, multiple repair costs, uncertainty of labour costs, parts costs and other evils of unauthorised repairs. With WeConnect Care OW Plans, you get an assurance of Quality & Committed Services by Expert authorised and verified technicians, Genuine spare parts and most importantly all these at fixed price of WeConnect Care OW Plan for one year. The cost is all inclusive of labour and spares with no hidden charges. When you buy WeConnect OW Plan you get a peace of mind and assurance of smooth working of your appliance. If we cannot repair, we shall provide equivalent replacement of the product or reimbursement at depreciated value of the product. Depreciation is 10% per annum and it is applicable only in case of device not repairable. For normal services, there are no deductions.

You can buy this plan anytime post manufacturer’s warranty till specified lifespan of an appliance as mentioned in eligibility criteria.
Yes virtually. We have 4 different plans to address specific needs of customers. The table below gives the details of plans and coverage amount. You can cover maximum 10 appliances under one OW contract.

We suggest you take that appliance out of the contract and proceed with rest of appliances. We shall refund due money as applicable. If you wish, you may opt for cancellation of the contract and get full refund back.
Once you buy the EW plan, WeConnect Care OW Plan coverage starts from 8th from the date of purchase of the plan. During this period, we shall depute technician for inspection and verify appliances under contract are in good working condition. This plan is for one year. Once you have an activated OW Plan, we will take care of everything related to service under the contract. You need not have to do worry for anything.
You can raise the service request 24x7 with a single click on We Care App or thru email or www.weconnectcare.co.in/service. The service request process flow is mentioned on inside back cover of this booklet for easy reference.
WeConnect Care team shall ensure allocation of service call to authorised service provider, who shall attend the call maximum within 72 hours and provide resolution within 15 days in normal conditions. In worst scenario, the resolution shall be offered within 30 days maximum.

For large appliances, services are provided onsite. In case of servicing of portable device, you need to take the device to authorised service center for repair/ servicing.
The services are 100% cashless and no extra charges to be paid for technician visits or parts replacement.
Upon completion of work, you need to sign on service report for the closure of service request.
You are entitled for one Preventive maintenance service for AC per year for 3 & 5 Appliances plans and two preventive maintenance services for 7 & 10 Appliances Plans which can be availed by placing the service request to WeConnect care.
Yes, OW plans can be renewed year on year till products’ lifespan is covered under eligible criteria. We encourage you to renew the plan 15/30 days in advance to avail best offers and for seamless continuity of appliance operations.
In an unfortunate scenario, if your device is not repairable due to want of spares, we shall provide you an equivalent replacement or reimburse money. The money reimbursed will be subject to depreciation of flat 10% of the purchase value each year (from the date of purchase of the appliance) will be applied subject to maximum depreciation of 70%.
Once replacement is given, all our obligations under this contract are deemed to be fulfilled and there will no longer be any coverage under WeConnect Care OW Plan for that appliance.
Unlimited repairs are multiple service calls (not restricted by a number) for the device, till the total cost of labour and spares does not exceed the purchase price of the device.

1.You shall get the activation link on SMS/ Email
2.Fill your details and upload copy of your device purchase invoice and submit using the link or at www.weconnectcare.co.in/register or thru WeCare app.
3.We fulfil the activation process and once it is activated/ registered, we shall send you the registered plan.

Your appliances details such as brand, model, serial no., invoice no. date and purchase invoice copy of the appliance.
Once you upload the purchase invoice, we shall keep the same in record for all future service need purpose to get you 100% paperless hassle-free experience. You need not have to produce invoice again and again at the time of service.
It is a very simple registration process, and it is mandatory to get plan activated. This is needed so the correct information is available at the time of providing service and insurance claim. We follow up with customers to get plan activated. In worst scenario, if we cannot get thru you and plans is not activated then we will not be able to provide services.
Do not worry and relax, once you activated the OW Plan, we have all the details of your device and WeConnect Care OW Plan. We do not need any information from your side. In fact, all the details are available to you on our WeCare app also. We recommend you download this app from Google Play Store and use it for various things like information retrieval, raise a service request, get notifications, offers, get reports and so on.

Non-operating and cosmetic damage to the Product, such as damage to paintwork, Product finish, dents or scratches.
Accessories used in or with the Product including but not limited to remote, batteries, USB/HDMI cable and replacement of any consumable items or accessories.
Repair of the product due to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
Damage resulting from power outage, power surges or drips, fluctuating voltage, inadequate or improper voltage or current
Damage caused by unauthorized repair, theft, burglary and accident including earthquake, storm and or hurricane, abuse, misuse, sand, dust, water, negligence, fire, flood, lightning, malicious damage, impact, corrosion, battery leakage, acts of God, animal or insect infestation or intrusion.
Breakdowns caused by computer virus or realignments to Products, Back up and restoring of your data, debugging or reconfiguring computer software.
Cost of removal or re-installation of the Product.
Costs arising from incorrect installation, modification or maintenance
Use of batteries, charger and / or accessories not approved by the manufacturer, incorrect electrical leads or connection.

No, WeConnect Care OW Plan is non-transferable.
Accidental and Liquid damages are not covered as per the terms of WeConnect Care OW Plans. You can buy WeConnect Care ADLD plans for smartphones & tablets.

Moreover, each plan is underwritten by a leading Insurance company, so in very unlikely scenario of us not being in business, you shall get service or reimbursement of your invoice amount from insurance company.
