WeConnect Care Extended Warranty Plan is a service contract that extends the product warranty by an additional period. Extended Warranty starts immediately after the expiry of manufacturer’s warranty. These are Premium warranty services and not just mere insurance cover of the product. WeConnect Care Premium Services cover all defects which are covered under standard manufacturer's warranty, Spare parts & services at no extra cost, 100% cashless and no hidden charge.

Manufacturers provide warranty on their products for a defined period of time, whereas product life span is much more than manufacturer’s warranty period. After warranty expiry, you are exposed to various risks related to quality of service, genuine spare parts, multiple repair costs, uncertainty of labour costs, parts costs and other evils of unauthorised repairs. With WeConnect Care EW Plans, you get an assurance of Quality & Committed Services by Expert authorised and verified technicians, Genuine spare parts and most importantly all these at fixed price of WeConnect Care EW Plan for a given period. The cost is all inclusive of labour and spares with no hidden charges. When you buy WeConnect EW Plan you get a peace of mind and assurance of smooth working of your appliance. If we cannot repair, we shall provide equivalent replacement of the product or reimbursement of FULL amount of the product without any deduction.

WeConnect Care EW Plan is an average just 3% of the cost of product per annum for comprehensive service coverage. Any one part of the device would cost much more than the whole cost pf EW Plan.

We support over 400+ brands and keep updating new brand as and when it is launched.

Devices must be manufactured in India or legally imported in India & sold through official channels supported by an invoice & Manufacturer’s Warranty/Guarantee

Device should have at least 1 year of Manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase of the same

Devices must have been purchased within 270 days of buying of WeConnect EW Plan

Appliance/ Gadget brand should be among the brand list provided herewith and it must be in operation at residence premises.

Ideally, it must be purchased at the time of buying the product. If you missed out then make a point to purchase WeConnect Care EW Plan within 270 days of purchase of your product.

WeConnect Care EW Plan coverage starts immediately after the expiry of manufacturer’s warranty and you get seamless services. Once you have an activated EW Plan purchased, we will take care of everything related to service under the contract. We shall send an intimation over SMS/ Email to you about expiry of Manufacturer’s warranty and start of extended warranty.

No, unfortunately EW Plans need to be bought within 270 days of the purchase of the device and hence you cannot extend service warranty further. We advice you to buy WeConnect Care EW Plans for maximum available period to have better coverage of your device and its smooth operation. However, you can buy Out of Warranty (AMC) plans with similar terms every year.

You can raise the service request 24x7 with a single click on We Care App or thru email or here. The service request process flow is also mentioned on inside back cover of this booklet for easy reference.

WeConnect Care team shall ensure allocation of service call to authorised service provider, who shall attend the call maximum within 72 hours and provide resolution within 15 days in normal conditions. In worst scenario, the resolution shall be offered within maximum 30 days.

For large appliances, services are provided onsite. In case of servicing of portable device, we shall pick up the device from your home or you may take the device to authorised service center for repair/ servicing.

The services are 100% cashless and no extra charges to be paid for technician visits or parts replacement.

Upon completion of work, you need to sign on service report for the closure of service request.

In an unfortunate scenario, if your device is not repairable, we shall provide equivalent replacement or money reimbursed back to you. The money reimbursed will be full purchase value. We do not deduct depreciation amount – ZERO DEPRECIATION.

Once replacement is given, all our obligations under this contract will be deemed fulfilled and there will no longer be any coverage under WeConnect Care EW Plan.

Unlimited repairs are truly unlimited service calls for the device provided the total cost of labour and spares does not exceed the purchase price of the device.

If you have bought WeConnect Care EW Plan online then you need to activate your EW Plan

1.You shall get the activation link on SMS/ Email

2.Fill your details and upload copy of your device purchase invoice and submit using the link or at www.weconnectcare.co.in/register or thru WeCare app.

3.We shall register your WeConnect Care EW Plan and send you the activated copy.

Your device brand, model, serial no., manufacturer’s warranty period, invoice no. date and copy of purchase invoice of the device.

You always have purchase invoice handy when you have bought the product recently, also some invoices come on thermal papers which fade away over the period of time. If you upload the copy of invoice, you need not have to search for the same for servicing of the device.

We like to bring hassle free and 100% paperless service for your ease and hence we keep invoice in our system and do not ask from you at the time of servicing the device.

It is a very simple registration process, and it is a must to get plan activated. This is needed so the correct information is provided for insurance. We follow up with customers to get plan activated. In worst scenario, if we cannot get thru you and plans is not activated then we will not be able to provide services against non-activated plan.

Do not worry and relax, once you activated the EW Plan, we have all the details of your device and WeConnect Care EW Plan. We do not need any information from your side. In fact, all the details are available to you on our WeCare app. We recommend you to download this app from Google Play Store and use it for handy information, service request, reminder and other offers.

You can avail the services, by informing your registered mobile number. We would like you to focus on your work and family, we will take care of your appliances and gadgets.

No worries, if you move from one location to another within city or state or within India. Just drop a mail or send a message or call on us and inform about your new coordinates.

Please ensure that uninstallation, transportation and reinstallation should be done by authorised people for continuity of the contract at new premises.

No, absolutely nothing. There are no additional hidden charges for anything.

Any problems or defects not covered by manufacturer’s warranty.

Non-operating and cosmetic damage to the Product, such as damage to paintwork, Product finish, dents or scratches.

Accessories used in or with the Product including but not limited to remote, batteries, USB/HDMI cable and replacement of any consumable items or accessories.

Repair of the product due to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

Damage resulting from power outage, power surges or drips, fluctuating voltage, inadequate or improper voltage or current

Damage caused by unauthorized repair, theft, burglary and accident including earthquake, storm and or hurricane, abuse, misuse, sand, dust, water, negligence, fire, flood, lightning, malicious damage, impact, corrosion, battery leakage, acts of God, animal or insect infestation or intrusion.

Breakdowns caused by computer virus or realignments to Products, Back up and restoring of your data, debugging or reconfiguring computer software.

Cost of removal or re-installation of the Product.

Costs arising from incorrect installation, modification or maintenance

Use of batteries, charger and / or accessories not approved by the manufacturer, incorrect electrical leads or connection.

No, WeConnect Care EW Plan is non-transferable.

Accidental and Liquid damages are not covered as per the terms of WeConnect Care EW Plans. You can buy WeConnect Care ADLD plans for smartphones & tablets.

WeConnect Care EW Plan does not cover refurbished products.
